Welcome to Polished Rose Cleaning. By booking services, visiting our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

Polished Rose Cleaning provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

- Routine cleaning

- Deep cleaning

- Move-in / move-out cleaning

- Customized cleaning packages

Service details, scope, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to appointment confirmation.


2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online form, or direct communication.

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate contact and address information

- Ensure safe and accessible entry to the property at the scheduled time

- Secure pets and valuables prior to service

If entry cannot be gained at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.


3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check or Venmo

Late or unpaid invoices may result in:

- Late fees

- Suspension of future services


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Polished Rose Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

- Weather conditions

- Illness

- Emergencies

- Unforeseen circumstances

Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters.

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any concerns.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.


6. Property Condition & Liability

Clients agree to:

- Disclose any fragile, valuable, or delicate items

- Inform us of areas requiring special care

Polished Rose Cleaning is not liable for:

- Pre-existing damage

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by improper installation of fixtures

In the unlikely event of damage, clients must report it within 24 hours of service.


7. Safety & Working Conditions

For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse service if:

- Conditions are unsafe

- Hazardous materials are present

- The environment poses health risks


8. Communication & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive:

- Appointment confirmations

- Service reminders

- Follow-up communications

- Optional promotional updates (if opted in)
